Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and any supplementary policies published by sureph:

• "sureph", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the sureph online gaming platform accessible at sureph.bet, including all its subdomains, mobile interfaces, and associated services.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who has registered an account on sureph, or who accesses or uses any part of the sureph platform in any capacity.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or in any way using the sureph platform, you confirm that you have read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any supplementary document, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless otherwise expressly stated.

Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account on sureph and to participate in any real money gaming activity on the platform. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on sureph. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. sureph reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances or winnings associated with accounts found to be in violation of this policy.

3.4 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the sureph registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. sureph is not responsible for any consequences arising from your failure to provide accurate registration information.

3.5 KYC Verification

sureph may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any time. This may include submission of a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (such as a PhilSys national ID, passport, driver's licence, or UMID card) and proof of your registered address. sureph will not process withdrawals until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

Account Obligations

As a registered sureph player, you are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must maintain the confidentiality of your sureph login credentials, including your password and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number or email address. You must not share your sureph account credentials with any third party or allow any other individual to access or use your account.

sureph will never contact you by phone, email, or live chat to ask for your password or full OTP. If you receive any such communication purportedly from sureph requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to sureph support immediately.

5.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits to your sureph account must be funded from payment methods registered in your own name. sureph does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method; current limits are displayed in the sureph cashier at the time of deposit. Deposits are credited to your sureph account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals from sureph will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible. sureph reserves the right to require additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method; GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) business day, while bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days. sureph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on sureph are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. For USDT TRC20 transactions, the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction will be applied. sureph does not guarantee any specific exchange rate and is not liable for any exchange rate fluctuations.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering

sureph complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. sureph reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds at any time. Suspicious transactions may be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities in accordance with applicable law. Any attempt to use sureph for money laundering, fraud, or other financial crimes will result in immediate account closure and reporting to the appropriate authorities.

Bonuses & Promotions

sureph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion on the sureph platform. In the event of any inconsistency between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall apply only to the extent of that inconsistency.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotional terms, bonus funds credited to your sureph account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real money. sureph reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, including after it has been claimed, if sureph reasonably determines that the player has engaged in bonus abuse, has breached these Terms, or has used any form of advantage play that was not the intended purpose of the promotion. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to, wagering on games with low house edge to fulfil wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, and colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.

Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the sureph platform are provided by certified third-party game studios. sureph does not operate proprietary games. Each game is governed by the rules published by the respective game provider, and by registering on sureph and playing any game, you agree to be bound by those rules as well as these Terms & Conditions.

All game outcomes on sureph are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated and independently audited by the relevant third-party game providers. sureph does not interfere with or modify game outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual game titles are as published by the respective game providers.

In the event of a technical error, game malfunction, or communication failure during gameplay, any affected game round may be declared void. sureph will refund the bet amount for any voided game round. sureph is not liable for any losses or missed winnings resulting from game malfunctions, technical errors, or connectivity issues.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sureph platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to the relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account on sureph, or assisting another person to register using false information.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with sureph games, betting markets, or the cashier in a manner not intended for regular player use.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity with other sureph players or third parties for the purpose of manipulating game outcomes or exploiting betting markets.

• Using sureph to conduct, facilitate, or conceal any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Depositing funds that have been obtained through illegal means or using sureph as a vehicle for processing proceeds of crime.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at sureph staff, live dealer personnel, or other players.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information to sureph at any point, including during registration, KYC verification, or any customer support interaction.
• Exploiting technical errors or pricing mistakes on the sureph platform for financial gain.
• Accessing or attempting to access sureph from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the sureph platform — including but not limited to the sureph brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces provided under licence from third-party studios, and all other materials — is the property of sureph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the sureph platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms & Conditions. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any sureph content without the prior written consent of sureph.

The sureph name, logo, and associated brand marks are trademarks of sureph. Unauthorised use of sureph trademarks is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

The sureph platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. sureph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or reliability of the platform. sureph shall not be liable for any service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures beyond its reasonable control, including failures of third-party game providers, payment processors, or telecommunications infrastructure.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, sureph's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the sureph platform shall be limited to the amount of real money funds held in that player's sureph account balance at the time the claim arises.

sureph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the sureph platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible loss, even if sureph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits sureph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

Responsible Gaming

Account Suspension & Termination

sureph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if sureph reasonably determines that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

• The player has provided false or fraudulent information at any point.
• The player's account is involved in any form of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to sureph, other players, or the integrity of the platform.
• Applicable laws or regulatory requirements necessitate account closure.

Where a sureph account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds held in the account will be forfeited. Real money balances will be returned to the player after any applicable investigation period, provided that the funds are not subject to pending legal proceedings or regulatory holds.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Nothing in this clause prevents sureph from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect sureph's rights, intellectual property, or the integrity of the platform.

Amendments to These Terms

sureph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, sureph will endeavour to notify registered players by posting a notice on the sureph platform or by sending a notification to the player's registered email address, where practicable. The updated Terms will be effective from the date indicated in the "Last Updated" field at the top of this page.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates. Your continued use of the sureph platform following any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.
